Welcome to one of Sri Lanka’s most unique Villa style guesthouses/B&B accommodation.

Located on the hillside overlooking Unawatuna beach the villa has fine coastal views, yet is only-
a short stroll  (2 minutes) from one of the world’s top beaches.Built by a local man, the villa has a personal and distinctly exotic charm with all the home comforts you have come to enjoy.

All 9 rooms in the villa have ensuite facilities including H&C shower, and are tastefully decorated with traditional handcrafted furniture. Air-conditioning is optional in 5 rooms. The lounge areas on each floor represents a large social area to mix with other guests, relax and plan your trips.

The garden area features a 40ft infinity pool, hammocks and exotic garden. It also has a bar, where you can laze around and watch the wildlife.

A whole range of events are suited to this intimate venue from celebratory occasions such as small wedding receptions, anniversary dinners, birthday bashes to Parties. Room & breakfast Included.

Low Season - May 1st - 30th November from $40 a night per room
High Season - 1 December - 30th April from $50 a night per room
